Pastor and First Lady Gaymon


Reverend Clifford Gaymon is a native of Summerton, South Carolina. He is the 6th son of Mr. William R. and Mrs. Essie Mae Gaymon of Summerton, South Carolina.

Reverend Clifford Gaymon has God’s gift of a loving and devoted wife, Mrs. Carleatha Robinson Gaymon of Summerton, South Carolina. This union is blessed with two wonderful daughters: Rochelle D. Gaymon Windley and Kadeidre La’trell Gaymon. One son in-law: Reverend George P. Windley Jr. and two grandsons, George P. Windley III and Gregory A. Windley.

Reverend Clifford Gaymon and First Lady Carleatha Gaymon were both led to Christ under the leadership of their Pastor and Mentor, the Late Reverend Johnny Mouzon of Manning, South Carolina.

Pastor Gaymon accepted his call into the ministry in 1998 and was Ordain in 1999. Pastor and First Lady Gaymon were led by God to be the Official Pastor and First Lady of the Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church of Paxville, South Carolina in 2001 and still serves as the Senior Pastor and First Lady.

Reverend Clifford Gaymon is a 1981 Graduate of Scott’s Branch High School of Summerton, South Carolina. 

Reverend Clifford Gaymon holds an Associate Degree graduating in the top 3% of his class (President’s List) while maintaining a 3.7 or higher GPA.

Reverend Clifford Gaymon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree graduating Cum Laude while maintaining a 3.5 or higher GPA. He is a member of numerous Honor Fraternities and Societies with multiple Awards and Certificates. He is a Certified State Teacher of Christian Education. 

Reverend Clifford Gaymon is presently employed and has worked in Corporate America for more than 30 years as an Engineer and has received the Corporations Highest Honor for Community Service. 

Reverend Clifford Gaymon presently serves as Chairman of the Board for (PCDC) Paxville Community Development Corporation which predominately serves populations from the communities of Paxville, Manning, and Summerton in Clarendon County along with Pinewood and Lower Sumter County. PCDC’s central services focus on Adult Workforce Development, GED classes, Community Food Pantry Outreach, After-School Read for Success Initiative, Youth Development Afterschool Intergenerational Tutoring & Mentoring, Youth Development Summer Learning & Meals Program and Seniors on the Move – Technology Skills Training & Elder Life Skills Development.

Reverend Clifford Gaymon is presently a member of the Executive Board for the Black River Missionary Baptist Association and has served in several positions within the Association: Former Moderator, Vice-Moderator, Executive Board Chairman, and Young People’s Ministry Advisor.

Reverend Clifford Gaymon presently serves as the Moderator of the Greater Friendly Union.

Reverend Clifford Gaymon and First Lady Carleatha Gaymon are fully dedicated to God, their Family, Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church and to mankind everywhere. Their greatest Joy is being Servants of the True and Living God.
